30 March 1789: Clouds of snow & various Messieurs

Monday... — The Weather again cold with flying Clouds of Snow. Call on Mr. Parker who has got the Gout. Thence to Mess[ieu]rs Le Couteulx; have some Conversation and am to meet Mr. Laurent at Mr. P——-‘s this Afternoon. Dine at Home and again call on Mr. P. Mr. L. comes about seven. Mr. Staphorst there. After he is gone we fix our Plan.
